Justin Kline is an experienced corporate and business lawyer, with additional focus in commercial real estate law and trademark registration and licensing.
Justin began his legal career in Sidley Austin, LLP’s Los Angeles office, where he practiced business transactions exclusively. In that capacity, he handled more than $1 billion in business finance transactions. This included representation of hedge funds, corporations and commercial banks in project and equipment financings, acquisition financings, and distressed debt situations. He had key involvement in the structuring, negotiation and closing of numerous complex secured commercial financings and distressed debt transactions.
After leaving Sidley, Justin has continued to successfully handled a broad range of commercial contracts and business formations (for corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, and LLCs). He also handles debt and equity financing for start-up ventures, acquisitions and project finance. He has handled commercial leasing, real property purchase and refinance transactions, and has also successfully registered several federal trademarks and prepared related license agreements. Justin is admitted to practice law in California.
