Simon Khinda (born Sarbpreet S. Khinda) is a British-born and raised attorney based in Anaheim Hills, Orange County, California. He is a partner at Bridge Law LLP, where he spearheads the firm’s transactional and international business practice. Simon is admitted to the bar in both California and New York. He is known for his work in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities and fund structuring, real estate transactions, and cross-border business structuring. He is recognized as a Super Lawyer, a peer rated distinction reserved for 2.5% of attorneys in the State of California.

Early Life and Education


Simon was born and raised in England. He earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in Business Law, graduating in the top five percent of his class. He later completed a Masters degree in Law (LL.M) majoring in Commercial and Corporate Law at University College London (UCL), one of the United Kingdom’s leading law schools.

Career


Following his education, Simon began his professional law career in London, working in corporate and real estate investment. He later gained international experience in Malaysia, India, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, where he structured and advised on real estate and corporate multimillion dollar transactions. 

After relocating to the United States, Simon was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2012 and the State Bar of California in 2013. He joined Bridge Law LLP in July 2020, a California-based law firm, where he leads the firm’s Transactional and International Practice Group. Together with his partner Lalit Kundani, their combined expertise provide smart legal solutions for corporations both in the USA and internationally.

He has participated in charitable initiatives, including completing the Los Angeles Marathon to raise funds for community causes. Outside of his legal practice, he has expressed interests in travel, cooking, and reading. He is also a soccer coach for his daughter’s team and loves being part of the community.
